1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Temper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Temper is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that provides workout programming, nutrition tracking, progress analytics, and coach-client communication tools. The Service is available as a mobile app and web platform.
3. Not Medical Advice
Temper is not a medical service. AI-generated recommendations, including bloodwork analysis and supplement suggestions, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.
5. Coach Accounts
Coaches who use Temper to manage clients are responsible for their interactions with clients. Temper provides tools but does not verify coach credentials or certifications. Coaches agree not to provide medical advice through the platform.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features require a subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Early bird pricing is locked for the lifetime of continuous subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you input into Temper (workouts, nutrition logs, photos, messages). By using the Service, you grant Temper a license to process this data to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use Temper to distribute harmful content, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Temper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
