1. Information We Collect
When you use Temper, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, fitness data (workouts, nutrition logs, body measurements), health integrations data (Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Withings), and any content you share with the AI coach or your human coach.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve the Temper service: generating AI coaching recommendations, tracking your progress, syncing with connected devices, and enabling communication between you and your coach. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase-hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through row-level security policies. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
4. Third-Party Services
Temper integrates with third-party services (Apple Health, Garmin Connect, Fitbit, Oura, Withings) at your request. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We use Anthropic's Claude AI for coaching features — your prompts are processed per Anthropic's usage policies.
5. Coach Access
If you connect with a coach on Temper, your coach can view your training data, nutrition logs, progress metrics, and messages. You can disconnect from a coach at any time, which revokes their access to your ongoing data.
6. Your Rights
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@temperfit.app. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
